History

In February 2004, childhood friends MJ Wivell and Jeremy Nimtz launched Barlow Technologies, Inc.  The company was born out of a passion to have teams produce high quality software.   

In the early years the company had success building a team of like-minded people.  By 2006, the continued growth required the company to move out of the founders' basements into commercial office space in Ashburn, VA.

In 2009 the company had experienced positive growth and strong market share.  But the founders felt that the company had the potential to provide a much greater impact.  With the help of trusted advisers the company's leadership embarked on a journey to transform their passions and desires into a fully integrated business strategy.

In January 2010 the company launched its strategy along with a name change to BTI360.  The leadership announced that "while most companies use their people to grow their business, BTI360 would use our business to grow our people."

Shortly thereafter a new leadership team was formed to focus on executing the strategy.

With this vision and leadership team in place, BTI360 opened a new chapter in its history.
