Software Engineer, Herndon, VA

BTI has an immediate need for an Ultimate Teammate that can serve as a software engineer that specializes in the JEE platform.

Ultimate Teammates make everyone else around them BETTER.  We are seeking someone that is a great team.

The application is an enterprise federated service project that allows for single search of multiple data repositories.  The service is a Spring-based REST web service that uses JMS to route requests and manage threading.

Searches are translated from a query syntax to the search syntax used by each data repository using ANTLR.

Search result management is performed using a MySQL relational database.

Skills

• Experience with Java application development 
• Knowledge of dependency injection 
• Experience with relational database systems (i.e. MySQL, Oracle) 
• Knowledge of Java IDE (Eclipse, JUnit, Ant, Subversion)
