Celebrating Summer at BTI360’s Annual Family Picnic
Are you currently celebrating summer and getting a solid dose of work life balance in your software engineering career? If not, why not? While we have a strong engineering culture at BTI360, we believe a great company culture also needs plenty of down time together to relax and recharge, which helps make us one of the top fun companies to work for in DC. We believe a solid work life balance goes a long way toward a great company culture and is good for the soul!
Despite the incessant heat, BTI360 teammates and their families had a great time celebrating the summer months at the annual family picnic. Teammates and their families enjoyed catering from California Tortilla, along with some delicious desserts baked by our own teammates.
Kids (and some adults!) tested their skills in an inflatable obstacle course and a bounce house. Several kids enjoyed the face painter, and there were some “wild animals” running around after our face painter was done. Teammates and families also enjoyed a corn hole tournament and relaxing and catching up in the shade.
