We’re proud to share that Jen Thibodeau and Sarah Piekarski have been named finalists for the 2026 Women in Technology (WIT) Leadership Awards, a regional recognition that honors women who are shaping the future of technology through leadership, mentorship, and service to their communities.

These awards celebrate extraordinary women across all stages of their careers. This year’s program is centered on the theme Mentor–Protégé, highlighting leaders who invest in others by sharing knowledge, opening doors, and helping build opportunity in the technology ecosystem.

Jen was selected as a finalist in the Corporate Mid‑Market Sector category, which honors leaders who demonstrate exceptional impact within organizations serving government, commercial, and nonprofit customers. Sarah was named a finalist in the Emerging Leader category, recognizing rising professionals who have distinguished themselves early in their careers through leadership and rapid growth.

Their recognition reflects a shared commitment to thoughtful leadership, mentorship, and excellence. This marks the second consecutive year in which a BTI360 teammate has been recognized among WIT’s finalists. Award winners will be announced at the 27th Annual Women in Technology Leadership Awards Gala on May 6, 2026, in Reston, Virginia.
