BTI360 Awarded Best Places to Work in DC for 2015
We want to share a big thank you to all BTI360 teammates since they feel BTI360 is a pretty sweet place to work, in fact, they believe we’re one of the best places to work.
Once again, our teammates have voted and BTI360 has been named one of the 2015 Best Places to Work by the Washington Business Journal for the 3rd consecutive year and 4th time overall.
Our CEO MJ Wivell commented, “It’s very humbling to receive this honor and just one indicator that our team believes we are heading in the right direction. It’s an honor to work alongside such a talented team of engineers!”
BTI360 is a software development company with a simple philosophy:
Attract the best engineers, invest in their growth, and empower them to lead ideas that make a lasting impact.
What makes BTI360 special?
It’s always good to know what your people really think. Because we are concerned for what’s best for our teammates, we continually work to grow and improve our offerings and support to teammates. As a result we are intentional in areas like training, mentorship, building a teammate community, and giving back to the world around us. Therefore, there are three main things we focus on to cultivate the great company culture that our teammates love:
- An Engineering Culture
- Work Life Balance
- Servant Leadership
An Engineering Culture
To our core we are a team of software engineers. As engineers, we like to build stuff, solve difficult problems, and try to master…well, anything! We also take great pride in our work. This is why we commit ourselves to software craftsmanship and building long lasting solutions our customers love and that we can be proud of.
Work Life Balance
While we have a strong engineering culture at BTI360, we also like to take plenty of down time to relax and recharge. This helps our team have a happy work-life balance. Because of this we also have a generous benefits package that gives our teammate’s peace of mind.
For us, investing in our people is so much more than technical training and leadership development. It means using our resources for the benefit of our teammates and their families both inside and outside of work. This is why we’ve baked servant leadership into our company culture through giving back.
In addition to all this, we strive to always lead with humility, do the right thing, and grow each day.
Like What You Hear, Work Here!
If all this sounds interesting to you, drop us a line because we’re always looking for like-minded software engineers to join the BTI360 team.
