As the CEO, MJ maintains the strategic vision of the corporation. MJ is known as a thought leader in implementing Kanban systems to manage software teams.

MJ holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Lynchburg College and a M.S. in Informations Systems from George Mason University. MJ is a Sun Certified Java Programmer and Certified ScrumMaster.

Jeremy Nimtz leads BTI360's financial activities, contract compliance, and corporate policies.

Prior to co-founding BTI360, Jeremy was employed by Ferris, Baker, Watts, a Washington DC stockbroker and the Pension Department of the World Bank. Jeremy appreciated the role of Information Technology in managing an organization's finances. He realized as financial decisions are implemented, processes and controls need to be continually monitored and improved to ensure the long term success of an organization

Jeremy graduated with honors from George Washington University with a B.B.A in Finance and Information Systems and from George Mason University with a M.S. in Software Engineering. Jeremy is a Sun Certified Java Programmer.

Jonathan Chase is responsible for maximizing the collaborative potential of each BTI360 teammate.

Jonathan is passionate about developing people’s collaborative skills. He believes that technical skills are essential, but collaborative skills enable one to excel in our industry.

Jonathan graduated with honors from Georgia State University with a B.S. in Computer Science and from Johns Hopkins University with a M.S. in Computer Science. Jonathan is a Sun Certified Java Programmer and Certified ScrumMaster.

Clinton will be focused on developing our team's Software Craftsmanship understanding and corporate expertise in Kanban.

Clinton leads, trains, and coaches organization how to apply Lean and Agile concepts. Clinton is particularly passionate about lean thinking and the engineering practices prescribed by the Software Craftsmanship movement.

Clinton graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a B.S. in Computer Science. Clinton is a Certified Scrum Professional and Sun Certified Java Programmer.

Tim leads the strategic technological planning and investments and ensures their alignment with the overall business strategy.

With an eye on the technology horizon, he is passionate about leading the BTI360 team in the application of emerging technologies to challenging client problems.

Tim is a member of the Apache Software Foundation, a committer and PMC member in Apache Forrest, and a PMC member in Apache Labs. Tim is also recognized as a thought leader in the REST architectural style community. Tim advises clients in areas of large-scale search and the design of networked software architecture.
