Once again, our teammates have voted and BTI360 has been named one of the 2015 Best Places to Work by the Washington Business Journal for the 3rd consecutive year and 4th time overall.

Work Life Balance
While we have a strong engineering culture at BTI360, we also like to take plenty of down time to relax and recharge. This helps our team have a happy work-life balance. Because of this we also have a generous benefits package that gives our teammate’s peace of mind.
Servant Leadership
For us, investing in our people is so much more than technical training and leadership development. It means using our resources for the benefit of our teammates and their families both inside and outside of work.
